For cancellations between 13 and 7 days prior, the 30% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. For cancellations between 7 and 2 days prior, 70% of the total amount is charged. For cancellations less than 2 days prior, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the total amount is charged.
