The Nescens Medical Check-Up is a thorough health assessment designed to detect risk factors early and establish a clear picture of your biological state. Each check-up combines three pillars: a comprehensive lifestyle consultation (diet, exercise, sleep, stress); an extensive blood panel covering cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal and nutritional biomarkers; and advanced diagnostic imaging including CT scans of the chest, abdomen and pelvis.

Three tailored formats are available. The Women Check-Up addresses menstrual health, fertility and menopause. The Executive Check-Up is designed for professionals with demanding schedules. The Athlete Check-Up includes VO2 max testing, cardiovascular risk evaluation and sports-specific diagnostics. All formats conclude with a personalised report and actionable recommendations.

The 7-Day Cure Reset is Nescens' flagship program. Over one full week, you undergo comprehensive diagnostics, targeted regenerative therapies and personalised lifestyle coaching designed to optimise your health from the inside out.

The week begins with a thorough medical evaluation: blood panel, lifestyle analysis and advanced imaging. Women's Health & Longevity is a five-night stay at Clinique Nescens, from Sunday to Friday, for women who want a clear view of their health through midlife and a plan for the years after it.

The program brings together five areas that are usually looked at separately: hormonal and metabolic health, strength and pelvic health, stress and the nervous system, intimate and digestive comfort, and sexual wellbeing.

Over the week you see a physician specialising in female health twice, a gynaecologist, a nutritionist twice and a pelvic-floor physiotherapist. A DXA scan measures your body composition, and a strength and cardiovascular test shows where your physical capacity stands.

The days also leave time for recovery, with massage, breathwork, yoga, sauna, cold exposure and photobiomodulation (red and near-infrared light therapy) chosen around your goals. A nurse coordinator organises your schedule, and you stay in a Junior Suite overlooking Lake Geneva with full board.
