Health Wellness Destination

Switzerland

Victoire tested and selected the best retreats of Switzerland for you: Chenot, Bad Ragaz, The Capra Saas Fee, Clinique La Prairie, Clinique Nescens...

Overview

Switzerland didn't become the global capital of medical wellness by accident. It has a century-long tradition of medical health innovation, combined with exceptional hospitality. This tradition gave birth to Clinique La Prairie in 1931, the Chenot Method in the 1990s, as well as a new generation of longevity clinics now redefining what preventive medicine and health performance can look like when it has no budget constraints.

Today, no other country concentrates this level of medical expertise, clinical infrastructure, and sheer quality of setting in one place. In this page, you'll find the best longevity clinics, wellness hotels and health resorts of Switzerland. And if you think we forgot one, don't hesitate to reach out!

The Swiss expertise in wellness & longevity

Swiss clinics don't just talk about longevity. They trail blaze it. Geneva is home to the Geneva College of Longevity Science (GCLS), one of the most respected research and education institutions in the field globally. Leading practitioners like Professor Andrea Mayer, Dr. Dominik Thor, Dr. Guenole Addor, and many more ... attract patients and collaborators from across the world.

Switzerland is quite different from many other wellness and longevity tourism destinations. It's currently one of the places where you can access frontier treatments and procedures in preventive medicine. Both because the knowledge is so advanced, and also the regulation is in favour of such progress, but in a very controlled and safe way.

More options than anywhere else

From a 3-day in-depth checkup at Clinique Nescens to a 7-day intensive detox at Chenot. From the thermal waters of Bad Ragaz to the healthy holidays at the Capra Saas-Fee. From ultra-exclusive rehab at Kusnacht Practice to the famous Revitalisation program of Clinique La Prairie ... Switzerland offers more than 10 world-leading longevity clinics, health resorts and luxury wellness hotels.

There is an offer for every goal, every duration, and every style of experience - well, except seaside resorts, but the Swiss lakes are not too bad either in the Summer. Whatever you're looking for, Switzerland almost certainly has the right place for it.

Good to know before you book

Swiss clinics are relatively small by design. That intimacy is part of what makes them exceptional, and it also means availability is genuinely limited. For peak months (May–September), try to plan three months in advance, even though we may manage to obtain late-minute availability.

Quality has its price. From 3000 CHF for the check-up program at Clinique Nescens, to 10 000 CHF for a program and accommodation at Chenot, and way more in Kusnacht Practice or Clinique La Prairie.

We offer exclusive amenities in all the best swiss longevity clinics and health resorts, as well as the best available rates and unbiased advice. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Our Expert's Take

Victoire's take on Switzerland

Switzerland is in a category of its own, and the gap with other wellness destinations is widening in 2026, not closing.

What strikes me every time I come back is the density of excellence. Within a two-hour drive of Geneva or Zurich you have Clinique La Prairie, Clinique Nescens, Chenot, Bad Ragaz, Kusnacht Practice, and more, including new exciting openings in 2026. The head doctors have an in-depth experience which was gained in several clinics and resorts: it created an ecosystem which cross-fertilised itself over the years.

My honest advice for someone new to Swiss wellness or longevity: start with the goal, not the address. All our partners in Switzerland are exceptional, but they offer very different experiences and approaches. Choosing the wrong one for your moment is a real risk. If you want deep cellular detox and you're willing to be uncomfortable for a few days to get there, choose Chenot. If you want longevity science, more comfort, and the prestige of the oldest name in the field, choose CLP. If you want a shorter check-up program at an unbeatable price, choose the new Clinique Nescens' Check-ups. If you want excellent integrative medicine, an ability to really search and find how your health works and can be optimised, your ideal place is probably going to be Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.

And if you're the kind of person who needs ultimate privacy, Kusnacht Practice is unlike anything else I've encountered anywhere in the world. You'll be in excellent hands.
