The Detox program at Lily of the Valley is meant to prioritize your self-care and to help you rethink your lifestyle.

In this retreat, you take time for yourself. The program focuses on a light diet combined with yoga, gentle and outdoor exercise, and treatments that promote relaxation, to bring you a feeling of lightness and well-being. Ideal for an escape from daily life and to reset your body and mind. It comes with a gluten- and lactose-free diet.

The price of the 4-days Detox program at Lily of the Valley is 2500 EUR, excluding accommodation. When you book this program with Serenity Ways, we will get back to you with a detailed quotation including the price of your accommodation.

The Detox program is also available in other durations: 7 days, 10 days and 14 days. Most guests choose the 4 or 7 days programs. However, when the objectives are really important, a minimum of 7 to 10 days is highly recommended. This ensures good and lasting results.

The Detox program can be also be combined with the Weight Loss program.

Inspired by the training programmes of professional athletes, the wellness programs of Lily of the Valley (Better-Aging, Sport, Detox and Weight loss) are based on three pillars: treatments, sport and luxury healthy cuisine.

Each program starts with a bioimpedance analysis as well as a Kinvent technology assessment.

Meals included and nutrition

The program includes a personalized eating plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) following a detox cuisine throughout your stay. The menus are prepared by Lily of the Valley's chef Vincent Maillard.

The most difficult stage remains the return home. The guest has all the keys in hand to resume a healthy lifestyle, but is no longer supervised. Before he/she leaves, the team shows him/her how to set up his/her fitness routine and dietary discipline.
