Inspired by the training programmes of professional athletes, the wellness programs of Lily of the Valley (Better-Aging, Sport, Detox and Weight loss) are based on three pillars: treatments, sport and luxury healthy cuisine.

Each program starts with a bioimpedance analysis as well as a Kinvent technology assessment.

The approach also follows the realization that the most effective protocols combine high tech and manual treatments, and the team has developed a signature treatment for each program. Accompanied by an appropriate fitness routine and nutritional support, this exclusive treatment protocol enables clients to achieve their objectives.

Meals included and nutrition

The program includes a personalized eating plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) following a detox cuisine throughout your stay. The menus are prepared by Lily of the Valley's chef Vincent Maillard.
