Session setup

Please provide a truly quiet space suitable for somatic work, along with a power outlet and towels. Ideally, the space should have no fire alarm which may be triggered by incense ceremony. The space preparation time takes approximatively 1 hour before the session begins.

Guest preparation

To fully benefit, guests should arrive on time and enjoy 30 minutes of peaceful downtime beforehand. This allows the ritual to begin from a centered, receptive state.
