The programs have been designed in collaboration with Valérie Espinasse, a renowned micro-nutritionist : as a result, they foster a profound purification of the body by stimulating circulation, clearing toxins, and restoring physical vitality. In turn, this stimulates mental rejuvenation.

The wellness programs at the Royal Palm emphasize a balance between physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, incorporating practices such as Ayurveda, Reiki, and other energy healing methods. The choice of therapies is meant to promote relaxation, inner peace, and mental clarity while also sculpting and toning the body.

The programs and sessions are individual, and tailored to the needs of each participant, in particular as they leverage Valérie Espinasse's personalised micro-nutrition approach. All programs start with a health assessment conducted by an in-house expert.

The nutrition at Royal Palm Beachcomber

Program participants can choose between the special retreat menus or the regular menus from the restaurants. To deliver deep and lasting effects, the retreat menus were designed by the renowned French micro-nutritionist Valérie Espinasse in conjunction with the hotel's Executive Chef, William Girard.

There are no calorie restrictions during the programs at the Royal Palm Beachcomber. Royal Palm can accommodate specific dietary restrictions.

Family-friendly?

The children are welcome. Royal Palm provides a kids club for children aged from 3 to 11 years old on a complimentary basis.

Royal Palm also provides complimentary activities for the teenagers from 12 to 17 years old.

All children are to be booked on the same meal plan as parents. No meal supplements for children aged 11 years old or less.
