This comprehensive Wellbeing Detox program blends spa treatments that help your body release toxins, such as infrared sauna, body wraps, cupping massage, and the Euphoria signature 5 Element Balancing Treatment, with Euphoria's unique nutritional approach aimed at giving you an appropriate antioxidant-rich diet to increase your metabolism.

Following our Nutritional Analysis and Assessment (3GL), via a patented blood test, that measures the body’s levels of glutathione, an antioxidant made in the body, Euphoria team can determine your antioxidant needs. They can then design your personal eating plan to support your elimination process. Unlike many detox regimes, you will receive five meals a day, each carefully considered so that you will not go hungry. At Euphoria, the philosophy for more vitality centres around boosting metabolism rather than cutting
calories.
