During their stay at The Ranch Hudson Valley, guests are encouraged to unplug from their busy daily lives, immerse themselves in nature and recalibrate the mind and body through an active daily schedule paired with a plant-based nutritional diet.

To foster human connection, the 25 weekly guests participate together in daily two- or four-hour hikes, fitness classes, yoga, and daily massages, with the calming rhythms of nature, creating a well-rounded approach to rejuvenation and lasting change.

In addition, The Ranch’s plant-based meals promote detoxification and vitality, encouraging guests to achieve wellness through nutrition and shared dining experiences
