5:00 PM Breath work, meditation and Hatha Yoga with Angelo.

7:30 PM Three-course dinner at Restaurant du Couvent, hosted by Victoire and Angelo.

7:30 AM Sunrise yoga with Angelo for early risers. 

8:30 AM Breakfast at the hotel

9:30 AM Opening of the Circle. Light and Motivation workshop

11:00 AM Detox Yoga: twists and inversions

12:30 AM Shared lunch

Free Afternoon: spa treatments (additional charge: hotel spa menu or detox massage with Angelo)

5:00 PM Different approaches to food, detoxification, knowing yourself and self-care
