Program approach

The Architects of Life is a unique program inviting guests to immerse into progressive wellness.

The Progressive Wellness journey starts with food at its core, after all, what we feed our body has the most fundamental impact on our health. This healthy food system is based on predominantly plant-based menus executed with the highest level of creativity, quality and taste, meeting all guests where they feel comfortable with some non-vegan options as well - no pressure, no judgment.

Progressive Wellness is also about enjoying life in a fun, sustainable manner, creating a better vision of the world through the principles of compassion, understanding, and respect for nature and ourselves, acknowledging we are all one and thus we should treat all life, including the planet, with respect and divinity.

Evenings come to life with the Rituals of Sound sessions at Eolo, a captivating Mykonos-style Beach Club where guests can delight in a laid-back atmosphere and nourish themselves through music, dance, and sharing a great drink with friends. It’s a powerful crowning on the day’s adventures to congregate by the fire pit that sits on the white sand beach and listen to the curated deep beats of a live DJ set under the starlit sky. It brings a sense of community, making guests feel more grounded and connected to one another.

We are not all destined to be monks on the mountain, but the wisdom of the mountain carries all in its shadow. Progressive Wellness states that one does not need to eat sticks and twigs to be healthy and sound. The feeling of replenishment delivered through this kind of camaraderie and laughter is as old as time itself. After all, the goal of being sound of mind, body and soul is to be happy and by following a Progressive Wellness lifestyle, and at Palmaia The House of AïA, it’s finally within reach in a way that is truly sustainable and lasting.

We are all one

Program goals

Progressive Wellness is about self-discovery, where guests can choose the level of healing they want, how much to learn and how profound they want their experience to be.

Program inclusions

Treatments included

The Architects of Life program includes more than 50 holistic and health activities (nature-immersed experiences: guided meditations, pre-hispanic cleansing rituals, yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, soul readings, temazcal and holistic nutrition workshops) carried out every week by the in-house guides and visiting healers.

The programming of these activities is designed to include an integration structure around the program which includes one-on-one sessions (extra cost) with Palmaïa guides as well as the support of all the team.

Meals included and nutrition

Palmaïa is an all-inclusive resort, based on predominantly plant-based menus executed with the highest level of creativity, quality and taste by Chef Charly and his team.

Food is one of the pillars of the program, called The Nourishing Biome: everything you eat is designed for optimal health. Instead of dictating what you should eat, we simplify by removing the most toxic ingredients in the modern food system. This empowers you to freely experiment and enjoy healthy food options.

Activities and sessions included

No wellness experience can be complete without the use of energy, frequency and sound as part of the healing process. The Rituals of Sound create casual gatherings for this purpose, held at beautiful locations where deep beats nourish the soul.

Palmaïa The House of AïA also offers an exceptional spa, the Atlantis Spa, with treatments at an additional cost.
