Meals included and nutrition

The nutrition program was designed by Eric Canino, Michelin-starred chef, and Dr. Adeline Richard from the Clinique Nescens. No alcohol, no cafeine or theine and no bread.Lunch is served at the Pool restaurant and dinner at La Voile. La Voile restaurant interprets Mediterranean flavors through light, finely balanced cuisine. Note that most of the fruit and vegetables come directly from the culinary garden of La Réserve Ramatuelle.

Better-aging nutrition enables you to achieve lasting, frustration-free slimness, or simply to learn how to eat better while preserving the pleasure of living well.

The program's favourite is usually the tailor-made check-up developed by Clinique Nescens, followed by a visio consultation with a doctor of the clinic. The doctor then established recommendations to the Spa team & the Chef in order to personnalize the program and the menu for each guest.
