Each day follows a natural rhythm: mornings focus on activating Yang energy with a nourishing breakfast and revitalising outdoor activities aligned with the day’s specific energy theme. Afternoons guide you into a Yin phase, with tailored spa treatments, physical-energy rebalancing, herbal infusions, and calming therapies that restore inner balance and release energy blockages.

From the seasonal spa cuisine to the specific energy zones of the spa, every element is curated to harmonise your body’s energy, detoxify, and bring about deep regeneration through the synergy of nature and TCM.
