The hikes typically range from 8 to 10 miles per day, but the set-up is designed to be accessible to anyone who can walk decently. The hikes take guests through the rugged landscapes of Malibu / Santa Monica backcountry, allowing them to connect with nature while pushing their physical limits. Many first-time guests have never hiked before - and can't live without it by the end of the program.

The coaches are very supportive, and the groups forge lasting connexions. It's intense, but also with plenty of time to rest. There is even a prescribed nap time, and daily massages.
