All meals are included with this program, with the Chenot Biolight Diet: a nourishing menu prepared using cooking methods selected to preserve the nutritional value of food, further enhancing the journey to physical and mental health wellness.

With the Chenot Biolight Diet, your meals correspond to 1500 calories per day. The general scheme of this nutrition approach is the “dissociated diet” in which whole grains, vegetables, limited fruit and proteins are favoured. Processed foods and refined fats are eliminated. The timing of certain food groups is important: for example, fruits are included at breakfast or before meals, in order to prevent fermentation processes.

In the medical wellness centre spanning 2,000 square meters across two levels, Espace Chenot offer swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna, hammam, tennis court, fitness center fully equiped with Technogym, as well as outdoor activities.

Golf and bike tours are also available, but not included into the program.

This program is an interesting way to experience the renowned Chenot Method, in a relatively short retreat of 3 nights or 4 nights, in the heavenly atmosphere of L'Albereta.

It is also a fantastic destination for a restful wellness break for parents with children, as L'Albereta offers a great kids club.
